The Pleasure Is All Mine

Tout le plaisir est pour moi (The Pleasure Is All Mine) centers on Louise, a free-spirited young woman who knows what she wants and believes in living life to the fullest. Convinced that everything is going exactly as planned, she decides the time has come to introduce her boyfriend to her family. Just then, an unexpected problem turns her world upside down: she realizes she is no longer able to find pleasure in her intimate life with her partner. This sudden frustration forces her to question her relationship and her outlook on happiness. Directed by Isabelle Broué, who co-wrote the screenplay with Caroline Thivel and Hélène Woillot, this 2004 French comedy-drama stars Marie Gillain alongside Julien Boisselier and Garance Clavel.
