Aslı Bekiroğlu — Biography

Aslı Bekiroğlu is a Turkish actress who first drew attention for short videos she posted on Vine before building a long-running career in television and film; she was born in Istanbul in 1995. She spent five years studying harp and solfège at a state conservatory, and after an Italian-curriculum high school she completed a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Bahçeşehir University. She made her first screen appearance in a minor part in Beni Böyle Sev, had her real breakthrough playing a character in Adı Mutluluk, took on her first starring role in Gülümse Yeter, and moved into cinema with İkimizin Yerine. Her career continued with Yol Arkadaşım, Dudullu Postası, Jet Sosyete and Benim Tatlı Yalanım, and she received a prize at the 45th Golden Butterfly Awards. In recent years she has appeared in the films Bandırma Füze Kulübü and Ketenpere: Dalavere; in the summer of 2026 a string of surgeries she underwent drew wide press coverage.
