Ayşe Tolga — Biography

Ayşe Tolga is a Turkish actress born in Istanbul on June 9, 1973. She is a graduate of the Ceramics Department of Marmara University's Faculty of Fine Arts.

She began her screen career in 1994 with Şehnaz Tango and went on to appear in Ayrılsak da Beraberiz (1999), Çarli İş Başında (2001) and Beşik Kertmesi (2002). In 2006 she played Nilüfer Hatun in the film Hacivat Karagöz Neden Öldürüldü?. From 2012 she reached a wide audience as Gülden in TRT's period comedy Seksenler, later appearing in the same team's Ev Yapımı and in Çocuklar Duymasın in 2017.

Trained in nutrition, detox and body therapies since 2004, Tolga has produced and hosted lifestyle programs and published her book Ne İstersen Değil, Neysen Onu Çekersin in 2023. In recent years the press has reported her shift from acting toward personal development and wellness work.
