Cansu Tosun — Biography

Cansu Tosun is a Turkish actress born on 26 January 1988 in Nuremberg, Germany. She trained in ballet for many years in Nuremberg and worked as a photo model from childhood before moving to Istanbul to pursue acting.

Her screen journey began in 2011 with the role of Neriman in Küçük Hanımefendi. She played Zehra in Kayıp Şehir (2012) and Buse in İksir (2014). In 2017 she shared the lead role with Erkan Kolçak Köstendil in the Show TV series Bir Deli Sevda, playing Bahar. After appearing in Mehmetçik Kut'ül Amare (2018), she took on the role of Medine Kaya in Kirli Sepeti, which began in 2023. In 2026 she divorced Erkan Kolçak Köstendil after eight years of marriage, and the same year she appeared in the Dutch production Polis, whose gala was held in Amsterdam.
