Francesco Pannofino — Biography

Francesco Pannofino was born in Pieve di Teco on 14 November 1958. Beginning his career on stage in the late 1970s, he moved into film and television acting from the mid-1990s onward. He is regarded as one of Italy's foremost dubbing artists, lending his voice in Italian to actors including George Clooney, Denzel Washington, Kurt Russell, Antonio Banderas, Tom Hanks and Daniel Day-Lewis. On screen he is best known for playing the producer René Ferretti in the series Boris, and he has also appeared in films such as Night Bus, Ogni maledetto Natale and Workers.
