Güneş Emir — Biography
Güneş Emir was born on May 10, 1985, in Istanbul. She trained as an actress at the Acting Department of the Ankara State Conservatory at Hacettepe University, gained stage experience with the Ali Poyrazoğlu Theatre, whom she met during her university years, and took private acting lessons at the Müjdat Gezen Art Center.
She began her on-screen career in 2002 with the film O Şimdi Asker and rose to wider recognition for her role in the 2009 series Deniz Yıldızı. She went on to play Melis in A.Ş.K., Hale in Erkekler, Solmaz in Paramparça, and Bennu in the series Tutsak.
She has continued to develop her craft through acting workshops such as Tobav Oyunculuk Atölyesi, Basat Oyunculuk, and İstasyon Sanat Evi, establishing herself as a familiar face in Turkish television and film.
