Lucia Mascino — Biography

Lucia Mascino, born on 27 January 1977 in Ancona, is an Italian stage, film and television actress. She studied mathematics, physics and natural sciences at university while earning an acting diploma from a theatre research center in Pontedera, and later left her studies to pursue acting full time. She reached wider audiences through Nanni Moretti’s Habemus Papam, and has since appeared in films including Il rosso e il blu, La prima pietra, Holiday on Mars, The Wedding Days and Anna, as well as the television series Suburra and Bang Bang Baby.
