Su Kutlu — Biography

Su Kutlu is a Turkish actress born in Istanbul in 1991. After training in acting to sharpen her craft, she launched her screen career in television dramas and became known for roles in youth- and family-oriented series.

She stepped in front of the camera for the first time in 2012, playing Amelya in the series Hayatimin Rolu. The following year she joined the casts of both the Calikusu adaptation and Ali Ayse'yi Seviyor, and in 2014 she appeared in Guzel Koylu. In 2016 she brought Gizem to life in Show TV's Arkadaslar Iyidir, then joined ATV's Seviyor Sevmiyor as Simya, the younger sister of the character Yigit. In 2017 she moved to the big screen with the role of Zeynep in the film Aile Arasinda.

Beyond acting, Kutlu has occasionally shared her views on the industry, and in interviews given in 2026 she drew attention for criticizing how roles are distributed in Turkish television and commenting on the makeup of the audience.
