The Naked Citizen is a 1985 Turkish film written and directed by Başar Sabuncu, starring Şener Şen. The film offers a satirical look at the hardships faced by the civil servant and middle-class segments of Turkish society in that era.

At the center of the story is İbrahim, a state employee crushed by financial pressure. Although he takes on extra work, he cannot escape his money troubles, and one day, overwhelmed by despair, he runs naked through the streets.
