Cross Shot

Cross Shot (original title: La legge violenta della squadra anticrimine) is a 1976 Italian crime film. Directed by Stelvio Massi from a screenplay by Lucio De Caro and Dardano Sacchetti, it runs about 88 minutes and is regarded as an example of the poliziottesco genre that flourished in Italian cinema of the 1970s. The film was shot in Italian.

The cast brings together American stars John Saxon and Lee J. Cobb with Italian performers Renzo Palmer, Lino Capolicchio, Rosanna Fratello, Antonella Lualdi, Giacomo Piperno, Guido Celano, Francesco D'Adda and Spiros Focás. The film reached international audiences under different titles, released in Germany as Die Killer der Apokalypse and in France as Magnum 44 spécial.
