A Day in the Life of the Sultan (Hünkarın Bir Günü) (translated)

A Day in the Life of the Sultan is a Turkish historical television series that aired on TRT 1 in 1989. Osman Sınav directed the production, while the screenplay was written jointly by Sınav and İlhami Algör.

The series centers on the Ottoman ruler Fatih Sultan Mehmet, a role brought to life by Payidar Tüfekçioğlu. The cast also featured Ekrem Dümer, Gökhan Mete, Mustafa Yavuz, İhsan Devrim, Sühan Baydar, Teoman Ayık, Devrim Parscan, Yalçın Akçay, Demiray Erül, Timuçin Caymaz, Songül Gündüz, Esen Günay, Mustafa Şevki Doğan, Yaşar Kutbay and Kemal Tok.
