Neuilly sa mère, sa mère !

Neuilly sa mère, sa mère ! is a 2018 French comedy directed by Gabriel Julien-Laferrière. It continues the story begun in the 2009 film Neuilly sa mère !, and is sometimes billed as Neuilly sa mère! 2 or, in UniFrance's English listing, Straight Outta Neuilly.

Like its predecessor, the sequel draws its humour from the culture clash surrounding Sami, a young man of working-class suburban background, as he once again crosses paths with the privileged residents of Neuilly-sur-Seine, the wealthy enclave west of Paris. Samy Seghir returns in the lead role, alongside Valérie Lemercier, Julien Courbey and Booder, with supporting turns from performers such as Josiane Balasko, Denis Podalydès and Élie Semoun. The screenplay was written by Marc de Chauveron and Djamel Bensalah.
