Que les hommes sont bêtes
Que les hommes sont bêtes is a 1957 French comedy directed by Roger Richebé from a screenplay by Marcel Achard. The cast features François Périer and Jacques Dufilho alongside familiar French performers of the era such as Dany Carrel, Jean Lefebvre, Pierre Mondy, Fernand Sardou and Jackie Sardou. Shot in French and running around one hundred minutes, the picture belongs to the tradition of light French comedies of the 1950s, built around the interplay of an ensemble of characters. It stands as one of the later works in Richebé's long directing career, which stretched back to the early 1930s.
