Cihangir Ceyhan is a Turkish television and film actor born on 6 February 1989 in Adana.

After receiving on-camera acting training, Ceyhan had his first acting experience with the 2015 feature film Yusuf. His real breakthrough came with the character Cio, whom he played in the series Sıfır Bir, which began streaming online in 2016; the role earned him a large fan base.

He then appeared in highly rated series such as Çukur (2017), Alev Alev (2020) and Camdaki Kız (2021), playing the character Ömer Ataycı in Alev Alev. In the 2024 series Asaf he took on the lead role of Asaf.

In 2026 it was announced that Ceyhan would be the lead actor of the new series Anne Yarısı, and he remains one of the sought-after faces of Turkish television.
