Asaf

Asaf tells the story of an ordinary driver whose life is upended by a single traffic accident. Already separated from his wife and son and trying to put his life back together, he crosses paths with the wrong people after the crash and is pulled into a dangerous, mysterious world he never expected. Made for Netflix, the show tells its story across one season released in late 2024. Özgür Önurme, who wrote the script together with Ahmet Vatan, also directed the production. Centered on a small handful of characters, the narrative follows a man of strong moral principles losing his grip as circumstances spiral beyond his control. The cast includes Rıza Kocaoğlu, Burçin Terzioğlu, Çağdaş Onur Öztürk, Umut Kurt and Cihangir Ceyhan.
