Ya İstiklal Ya Ölüm is a Turkish miniseries from Kirli Kedi that blends history with fictional storytelling, running on TRT 1 from March 16 to April 20, 2020. Yasin Uslu directed the show, while Funda Çetin wrote the screenplay.

The story opens with the occupation of Istanbul and the shutdown of the Ottoman parliament on March 16, 1920. It follows the underground resistance carried out by the Mim Mim Group in the occupied capital, traces the rise of the Kuvâ-yi Milliye movement under Mustafa Kemal Pasha, and depicts the effort to form a new assembly in Ankara, culminating in the events surrounding the parliament's opening on April 23, 1920.

Spanning twelve episodes in total, the series features Rıza Kocaoğlu in the role of İhsan Pere.
