Pearls (İnci Taneleri) (translated)

İnci Taneleri is a Turkish drama series produced by BKM. Şenol Sönmez directed the show and Yılmaz Erdoğan wrote the screenplay. It premiered on Kanal D on January 25, 2024, and closed out a three-season run with its fifty-first episode on March 12, 2026.

The story follows Azem Yücedağ, a literature teacher who spent years behind bars, and what happens to him after his release. Soon after getting out, he crosses paths with Dilber, a dancer he meets at a hotel, and despite carrying a heavy secret and painful memories from his past, he never stops hoping to be reunited with his family.

Yılmaz Erdoğan, Hazar Ergüçlü, Selma Ergeç, and Kubilay Aka share the leading roles, with most scenes shot on Istanbul's European side, particularly around Galata and Beşiktaş.
