Evren Duyal — Biography

Evren Duyal, born on July 24, 1973 in Istanbul, is a Turkish theatre, film and television actress and acting instructor. A graduate of the Theatre Department of the Mimar Sinan University State Conservatory, she appeared on the stages of Bizim Tiyatro and Tiyatro Ti in plays such as Milena'dan Kafka'ya Mektuplar, Bekleme Odası and Başkan ve Hayalet; between 1998 and 2001 she taught voice, breathing, phonetics and acting at the Istanbul University Faculty of Fine Arts and worked as a drama instructor at many institutions, including the Müjdat Gezen Art Center.

In cinema she stands out with the films Leoparın Kuyruğu (1998), Tereddüt (2016), Bağlılık Aslı (2019) and Sardunya (2021), and on screen she appeared in series such as Aşk-ı Memnu (2008), Aşk Laftan Anlamaz (2016), Servet (2018) and Sıcak Kafa (2022); in 2024 she played Güngör, Cihan's mother, in the series İnci Taneleri.
