Ekin Mert Daymaz — Biography
Ekin Mert Daymaz was born on 2 December 1990 in Arnhem, the Netherlands. He studied coaching and fitness at Haliç University and came third in the Best Model of Turkey competition he entered in 2013.
He made his acting debut in 2014 with the series Not Defteri and gained a large fan base in 2015 with the character Volkan, whom he portrayed in Çilek Kokusu. He then appeared in Hayat Sevince Güzel (2016), Savaşçı and Kırlangıç Fırtınası (2017), the series Payitaht Abdülhamid and Ağlama Anne, and the productions Aşktroloji and Prangalı Yarim (2018).
After the series Gençliğim Eyvah (2020), in 2022 he portrayed Emre in Hayaller ve Hayatlar and Civanmert in Seni Kalbime Sakladım; that same year he acted in the films Obsesyon and Biricik Sevgilim. Following the film Her Şeye Rağmen (2023), he appeared before audiences as the character Ferhat in the series Yeraltı.
