Gonca Cilasun — Biography

Born in İstanbul on May 9, 1966, Gonca Cilasun trained as an actress at the Acting Department of Ankara University's Faculty of Languages, History and Geography. She made her screen debut with the series "Arka Sıradakiler" and went on to appear in numerous productions including "Kanıt," "Adını Feriha Koydum," "Sudan Bıkmış Balıklar," "Benim Hala Umudum Var," "Kayıp," "Not Defteri," "Karagül," and "Kalbim Yangın Yeri."

Over a long career she built an extensive filmography, and in recent years has won wide audience affection playing the character Sadakat in the series "Uzak Şehir." Her close bond with her co-stars and her social media presence have also regularly kept her in the entertainment press.
