Elif Sümbül Sert — Biography

Born in 1982 in Balıkesir, Elif Sümbül Sert took her first steps into acting through courses offered by the Bursa State Theatre before completing her professional training in the Theatre Department of the Mimar Sinan University State Conservatory.

From the early 2000s onward she became a regular presence on Turkish television, bringing a range of characters to life in series such as Lise Defteri, Aliye, Şöhret, Emret Komutanım and Binbir Gece.

Later in her career she appeared in productions including Asi, Küçük Sırlar, Çalıkuşu and Kadim Dostum, and reached a wide audience through her portrayal of Amanda in the TRT1 series Diriliş Ertuğrul.
