Paul Fassnacht — Biography

Paul Faßnacht was born on 7 January 1949 in Tübingen, Germany, and is a character actor known mainly for German film and television. His screen career goes back at least to 1983, when he appeared in an episode of the long-running crime series Tatort, and over the following decades he took guest roles across other German police procedurals including Polizeiruf 110, SOKO Köln, SOKO Stuttgart, Der Alte, Notruf Hafenkante and Der Letzte Bulle. He also had a part in the 1992 series Wolffs Revier. His film credits include playing a film producer in Kebab Connection (2004), Louis in The Sea Wolf (2008) and Franz in the 2014 film Ein Geschenk der Götter, plus a role in the television film Die Bubi Scholz Story (1998), about the life of boxer Bubi Scholz.
