10 Thousand Steps (10 Bin Adım)

10 Thousand Steps is a Turkish comedy-drama series made for the streaming platform GAİN, with its first episode released on December 30, 2020. A joint production of Zamkinos Film and BKM Yapım, the show is directed by Duygu Güzelmeriç and written by Devin Özgür Çınar, who also stars in it.

The story follows Ezgi and Memet, former lovers who have remained friends and decide to walk together every day until they reach ten thousand steps. Each day's walk brings new incidents and conversations, yet they keep up the routine regardless. These daily outings serve as a frame through which their past, their bond and their everyday lives unfold with gentle humor. Engin Günaydın plays Memet during the first two seasons, while Binnur Kaya joins the cast from the third season onward.
