A Man for Rent (Persian: Mard-e Ejarei) is a 1972 Iranian film directed by Khosrow Parvizi. The screenplay was written by Jamal Omid and Bahram ReyPour, and the principal cast includes Beyk İmanverdi, Marjan, Mehri Mehrnia and Rafi Madadkar. Made in Persian during the commercially prolific Pahlavi-era film industry, the production also featured performers such as Sadegh Bahrami, Jahangir Forouhar, Abbas Nazeri, Shahrzad and Farrokh Sajedi. The film belongs to the wave of popular Iranian cinema of the early 1970s, a period when domestic features were produced at a rapid pace for local audiences.
