Chelcheragh (Chandelier)

Chelcheragh (Chandelier) (Persian: چلچراغ) is a 1976 Iranian film (1355 in the Iranian calendar), both written and directed by Khosrow Parvizi. Made in the Persian language, it falls within the drama and crime genres.

Nasır Melek and Hassan Rezaei lead the cast, with familiar performers of the era such as Mehri Vadadian, Iraj Ghaderi, Jalal Pishvaian, Khashayar, Maloosak, Hossein Safarian and Enayatollah Bakhshi also appearing. The picture dates from Iran's pre-revolutionary cinema period, a few years before the 1979 revolution.
