Dancer of City
Dancer of City (original Persian title: Raghaseye shahr) is an Iranian film directed by Shapoor Gharib, produced in 1970 (year 1349 in the Iranian calendar). Blending drama and comedy, the film was written by Reza Mirlohi and shot in the Persian language.
The cast includes Füruzan, Bahman Mofid, Hassan Rezaei, Farangis Farahzadi and Nasır Melek, alongside other well-known performers of the period such as Shahrzad, Hassan Shahin, Akbar Jannati Shirazi and Simin Alizadeh. The film belongs to the popular cinema of early 1970s Iran.
