Bride of Bianca
Bride of Bianca (Persian: Aroos-e Bianca) is a 1970 Iranian drama film directed by Shapoor Gharib, with a screenplay he co-wrote with Habibollah Kasmai. Shot in Persian, its production year corresponds to 1349 in the Iranian calendar.
The picture comes out of the commercially driven popular cinema of pre-revolutionary Iran, a movement widely referred to as Film Farsi. The leading role is played by Füruzan, among the most prominent actresses of that period, supported by Mansour Sepehrnia and Manuçehr Vüsuk. The ensemble also features Asadollah Yekta, Akbar Jannati Shirazi and Ebrahim Fakhar.
