I Fell in Love (Aşık Oldum) (translated)

Aşık Oldum is a 1985 Turkish romantic comedy directed by Ertem Eğilmez. The film adapts the 1984 American production The Woman in Red for Turkish audiences, relocating the story to Istanbul.

Şener Şen heads the cast, which also includes Erdal Özyağcılar, Mine Çayıroğlu and Uğur Yücel. The narrative follows a contentedly married man whose sudden infatuation with a woman in a red dress drags him into a chain of awkward and farcical situations as he struggles to keep his obsession hidden from his family.
