Mother's Kiss

Mother's Kiss (Persian: Booseye Madar) is a 1956 Iranian drama film directed and written by Ataollah Zahed. Shot in Persian, the black-and-white era production runs about 110 minutes and stands as one of the works of Iranian cinema's early decades.

The cast brings together performers of the period, including Ahmad Qadakchian, Taghi Zohouri and Mohammad Abdi, alongside Mohsen Mahdavi, Shahla Riahi, Reza Karimi and Mahin Deyhim. The film is recorded as part of the output of the Iranian film industry in the mid-1950s, a time when domestic feature production was still taking shape.
