One Hundred and One Nights

One Hundred and One Nights (original French title: Les Cent et Une Nuits de Simon Cinéma) is a 1995 French-British comedy written and directed by Agnès Varda. Conceived as a light-hearted tribute to a century of commercial cinema, the film revisits beloved classics from France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the United States through image and sound.

Its star-studded ensemble includes Marcello Mastroianni, Michel Piccoli, Catherine Deneuve, Fanny Ardant, and Jean-Paul Belmondo, among many other famous performers. Running 101 minutes, the film was released on 25 January 1995 and was entered into the 45th Berlin International Film Festival.
