Return of Hallelujah (Return of Halleluja) (translated)
A 1972 Italian Spaghetti Western comedy, Return of Halleluja (original title Il West ti va stretto, amico... è arrivato Alleluja) was helmed by director Giuliano Carnimeo. George Hilton takes the lead, backed by performers such as Agata Flori, Riccardo Garrone, Nello Pazzafini and Lars Bloch. Made as an Italian-French co-production, the picture continues the story begun in the 1971 release They Call Me Hallelujah. Giovanni Simonelli and Tito Carpi share writing credit. The film reached cinemas in German-speaking regions in October 1972 and circulated in certain markets under the name The West Is Very Close, Amigo. Its lighthearted comic approach sets it apart from more conventional entries in the genre.
