Follow-up (Takip) (translated)
Takip is a 1982 Turkish film directed by Remzi Jöntürk, written by Mehmet Aydın and produced by Gökçen Film. It follows two convicts who escape during a transport-vehicle accident — Kör Mustafa (Hayati Hamzaoğlu) and death-row inmate Hasan (Cüneyt Arkın) — as retired police commissioner Hüseyin (Fikret Hakan), determined to prove himself to his son, tracks them through snowbound forest terrain. Eşref Kolçak (as Mazhar) and Oya Aydoğan round out the cast; Hüseyin corners the pair deep in the woods, but heavy snowfall closing the roads turns the odds back in their favor.
