The Master Sergeant

The Master Sergeant (Persian: Sargroohban) is a 1972 Iranian film directed by Saeed Motalebi from a screenplay by Iraj Janatie Ataie. Shot in Persian, the production features Manuçehr Vüsuk, Nasır Melek and Farhad Hamidi among its cast. The film belongs to the body of Iranian cinema made before the 1979 revolution, taking its title from the senior military rank around which its story is built.
