Fire! (Yangın Var) (translated)

Yangın Var is a 2011 Turkish feature directed by Murat Saraçoğlu, mixing comedy with drama. It opened in cinemas in December 2011.

The story begins when Diyarbakır donates a fire truck to Çayırbağı, a small town near Trabzon. Koşman, a firefighter assigned to drive the truck home, finds himself in Diyarbakır on a summer day, a place he had been reluctant to visit. On the way back he is joined by a mysterious young woman named Asya, with roughly a thousand kilometres of road ahead of them. Filled with romance, sorrow and laughter, the long journey back to Trabzon ends up transforming both of their lives.

Osman Sonant and Nesrin Cavadzade lead the cast, which also includes Reha Özcan, Yavuz Bingöl, Şerif Sezer and Erkan Can.
