Zengin Kız Fakir Oğlan (Rich Girl, Poor Boy) is a Turkish television series produced by Mint Prodüksiyon that blends family comedy with romance. Produced by Birol Güven, it premiered on TRT 1 on 30 August 2012, with Ufuk Özkan and Ecem Özkaya in the leading roles. The story follows Biricik, the youngest daughter of a wealthy family, and the clumsy but kind-hearted Nurhan, whose relationship faces constant scheming from her father, businessman Kemal Bey, and the opportunistic would-be groom Sarp, unfolding in the spirit of a modern Keloğlan folk tale.

After three seasons on TRT 1, the show moved to FOX for its fourth season, but disappointing ratings brought it to an end on 28 August 2015 after 136 episodes in total. The series used Nihavent Longa as its opening theme, and its ensemble also featured performers such as Ayda Aksel, Burçin Abdullah, Gözde Okur and Semra Güzel.
