Esra Balıkçı — Biography

Esra Balıkçı was born in 1992 in İstanbul. She completed her education in the Theater Department of Beykent University. She had her first acting experience with the film Komik Bir Aşk Hikayesi, in which she took part in 2011, and in 2016 she appeared in the film Osman Pazarlama. She had her first series experience in 2013 with the series Zengin Kız Fakir Oğlan; she acted in the series Ayrılsak da Beraberiz, Benim Adım Gültepe, and Ankara'nın Dikmeni. She portrays the character of Mengü Hatun in the series Diriliş Ertuğrul, which airs on Trt and whose cast includes Engin Altan Düzyatan, Hülya Darcan, Oya Unustası, Hande Soral, Barış Bağcı, İlker Aksum, Kayra Şenocak, and Arif Diren.
