Esra Balıkçı — Biography
Born on 3 December 1992 in Istanbul, Esra Balıkçı completed her education in the Theatre Department of Beykent University.
She made her acting debut in the 2011 film Komik Bir Aşk Hikayesi, moved to television in 2013 with the series Zengin Kız Fakir Oğlan, and went on to appear in Ankara'nın Dikmeni, Benim Adım Gültepe and Ayrılsak da Beraberiz. In 2016 she played the character Serap in the film Osman Pazarlama.
She is best known for playing Mengü Hatun, from 2014 onward, in the TRT1 series Diriliş: Ertuğrul, whose cast included Engin Altan Düzyatan.
