Yasemin Öztürk — Biography

Yasemin Öztürk was born on February 25, 1974, in Istanbul. She trained in acting at Bilkent University's Theatre Department and began her career in television projects in the late 1990s.

Öztürk made her screen debut in the 1999 series Bizim Sokak and Bizden Söylemesi, then reached a wide audience through the 2002 series Koçum Benim. In the following years she took roles in productions such as Aşk Skandalı, Üvey Baba, Şahin, Çalınan Ceset, Canım Benim, Kurtlar Vadisi, Aşka Sürgün and Ezo Gelin.

After the series Yemin, Behzat Ç. Bir Ankara Polisiyesi, Nizama Adanmış Ruhlar, Kurtlar Vadisi Pusu and Milat, she played Jale in the Kanal D series Sevdanın Bahçesi, whose leads were shared by Sibel Can and Emre Kınay.
