Aytaç Uşun — Biography

Ertuğrul Aytaç Uşun was born on 12 January 1990 in İstanbul. He initially studied marine engineering at the Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Maritime Studies before changing course and completing the Theatre Department at Maltepe University's Faculty of Fine Arts.

He began acting in 2013 with a supporting role in the series Doksanlar, then moved into film in 2014 playing Ümit in Toz Ruhu. He became widely known for playing Meke in the series Çukur, broadcast on Show TV alongside cast members such as Dilan Çiçek Deniz and Aras Bulut İynemli, and he also appeared in the films Sarı Sıcak, İkimizin Yerine and Consequences.

Uşun married Şirin Kılavuz in 2022, and later that year announced he had returned to set for a new television project.
