Begüm Öner — Biography

Begüm Öner is a Turkish actress born on March 7, 1989 in Germany. Returning to Turkey at a young age, she trained in acting at the Theatre Department of the Müjdat Gezen Art Center and first appeared on screen in commercials.

She became known with Bez Bebek (2007), Melekler Korusun (2008) and Arka Sıradakiler, and made her real breakthrough as Elvan in TRT's period comedy Seksenler from 2012 onwards.

In cinema she appeared in Recep İvedik 2 (2009), Mandıra Filozofu (2014), Öğrenci İşleri (2015), Kocan Kadar Konuş (2015), its sequel Kocan Kadar Konuş: Diriliş (2016) and Bir Baba Hindu (2016), and most recently in Üç Günlük Dünya (2024). Married to actor Ceyhun Fersoy, she gave birth to a daughter named Karya in February 2026.
