Beste Kökdemir — Biography

Beste Kökdemir is a Turkish actress and television producer, born on August 29, 1993 in Sinop. After graduating from the Fashion Design Department of Haliç University, she studied Stage and Performing Arts Management at Istanbul Bilgi University.

She began her television career with the series Çıplak Gerçek (2012), and after Not Defteri (2014) and Poyraz Karayel (2015) she made her breakthrough with the character Açelya in Tatlı Küçük Yalancılar (2015). She joined the cast of Muhteşem Yüzyıl Kösem (2016) and played Melisa in the Kanal D series Hayat Şarkısı (2016). In 2018 she took on the role of Bezmiâlem in the international co-production Kalbimin Sultanı, and later appeared in the series Altay.

In November 2025 she became a mother, welcoming a son named Kai Güneş with her husband Fazlı Erdinç Çatak, and her journey into motherhood has kept her frequently in the entertainment headlines.
