Burak Hakkı — Biography

Burak Hakkı was born in 1972 in İstanbul.

He completed his education in the Econometrics Department of İstanbul University.

While at university, he played for a time on the basketball team and later worked as a model.

Burak Hakkı took part in the Best Model of Turkey competition in 1994 and came first, and in 1997 he represented Turkey at the Top Méditerranée competition in Tunisia, where he was chosen second.

He began his acting career with the series Gurbet Kadını, in which he appeared in 2003, and has acted in the series Yeniden Çalıkuşu, Kaybolan Yıllar, Dudaktan Kalbe, Kızım Nerede, Bir Günah Gibi, Aşk Ekmek Hayaller, Üç Arkadaş and Mayıs Kraliçesi.

Joining the cast of the series Diriliş Ertuğrul, broadcast on TRT, Burak Hakkı plays the character of Sultan Alaaddin Keykubat.
