Love is in the Air (Yer Gök Aşk)

Yer Gök Aşk is a Turkish drama series produced by Avşar Film that premiered on FOX on August 9, 2010. Running for three seasons, it concluded with its 122nd episode on May 27, 2013. Set in the historic town of Ürgüp in Cappadocia, the series starred Burak Hakkı, Melisa Aslı Pamuk, Tuvana Türkay, Birce Akalay, and Murat Ünalmış.

The story revolves around two sisters—the sorrow-laden Toprak and the proud, scheming Havva—who both fall in love with Yusuf Hancıoğlu, the wealthiest man in the region. After losing her baby, Toprak is hired as a wet nurse for Yusuf's motherless son, drawing her into his world. Cast changes reshaped the plot over time: Murat Ünalmış left in the third season while Melisa Aslı Pamuk and Burak Hakkı joined the cast. The on-set romance between Birce Akalay and Murat Ünalmış led to marriage, and Selen Soyder made Turkish television history by transferring her character to the same company's series Lale Devri.
