Figen Evren — Biography
Born on 14 November 1965 in Ankara, Figen Evren trained as an actress and entered television with the 1997 series Bir Demet Tiyatro. She went on to appear in projects such as Sıdıka, Koçum Benim, Günahım Neydi Allahım and Davetsiz Misafir, and also took a role in the film Parasız Yaşamak Pahalı.
She became widely known for playing the character Suat in the long-running Kanal D series Arka Sokaklar. Evren left the show in 2017 and has largely stayed away from the screen since then.
She occasionally reunites with former Arka Sokaklar castmates, and returned to headlines in the autumn of 2025 after meeting up years later with the actor who played her co-star Hüsnü.
