Gökçe Eyüboğlu — Biography

Gökçe Eyüboğlu is a Turkish stage, television and film actor born on August 20, 1983, in Istanbul. Interested in acting since childhood, she staged plays she wrote herself at the end of each term in middle school and took part in school theater clubs, though she went on to study Public Administration at university.

She turned to acting professionally in 2009 at Akademi 35,5, working on stagecraft with Vahide Perçin and Altan Gördüm while taking diction and voice-acting lessons from Murat Atıl and Sungun Babacan. She both wrote the book and lyrics for and performed in the musical "Küçük Prens," and a feature screenplay she co-wrote with a friend was produced as part of Turkish state broadcaster TRT's television-film program.

She began her screen career with the 2014 film "Kadın İşi Banka Soygunu," and reached a wide audience playing Ceyda in the Fox TV series "Kadın," a role that earned her the Faruk Öztimur Honor Award. She was also nominated at the Sadri Alışık Awards for playing Eva in the play "Mutluyduk Belki Bugüne Kadar." In the years since she has played Deniz Akbaş in "Zümrüdüanka" and Sanem Cevher in "Evlilik Hakkında Her Şey," and after roles in "Mahkum" and "Şahane Hayatım" appeared in "Ben Leman," which concluded its run in 2025.
