Girls' Robbery (Kadın İşi Banka Soygunu)

Kadın İşi: Banka Soygunu (Girls' Robbery) is a Turkish comedy-crime-drama film produced in 2013 and released in 2014. Directed by A. Taner Elhan, the film was written by Şahin Alparslan, who also served as its producer.

The story follows four women friends who have stood by each other for years. Gülay, abandoned by her husband along with their young son, is cornered by health problems and mounting debts, and the machinery of her textile workshop is seized. What begins as a joking remark to her friends about robbing a bank gradually turns serious, and the four start planning an actual heist. The adventure, however, brings surprises that force them to question their friendship. The lead roles are shared by Meltem Cumbul, Filiz Ahmet, Özge Ulusoy and Esra Dermancıoğlu.
