Hande Soral — Biography

Hande Soral was born on 2 February 1987 in the İnegöl district of Bursa; she has actor siblings Bensu and Bedirhan Soral. She graduated from İnegöl Turgut Alp Anatolian High School and later from the Psychology Department of İstanbul Bilgi University. A guest appearance on the show Komedi Dükkanı led to an acting offer from its producer, and she made her television debut in 2008 with Küçük Kadınlar. After roles in Gecekondu, Bir Günah Gibi, Alev Alev and Fatih, where she played Gevherhan, she shared the lead with Cemal Toktaş in Yılanların Öcü, adapted from the novel by Fakir Baykurt, and appeared in the classic-novel adaptation Çalıkuşu. From 2018 to 2019 she starred opposite Engin Altan Düzyatan in the fifth season of Diriliş: Ertuğrul, then played Ümit in Bir Zamanlar Çukurova. She went on to play Sema in Müstakbel Damat, Mercan Ateş in Ateş Kuşları and Nihan in Gassal, and Zeynep in the Kanal D series Evlat Kokusu, before returning to screens in 2026 with TRT 1's Evlilik Güzeldir. She married actor İsmail Demirci in October 2017, and the couple's son Ali was born in 2022.
