Nurşim Demir — Biography
Nurşim Demir was born on 29 May 1952 in Istanbul. Working in theatre, cinema and television series, Demir has appeared in many productions throughout her long career.
The actress, who had her first television series experience in 2005 with Aşka Sürgün, appeared in the series Fedai in 2007 and portrayed the character Kader in the feature film Beyaz Melek the same year. Appearing before viewers as Zahide in Bitmeyen Şarkı, Demir also took part in popular series such as Babalar ve Evlatlar, O Hayat Benim, Filinta and No:309.
In 2018 she won great acclaim as Saniye Kaleli in the series Sen Anlat Karadeniz, which began airing on ATV with a cast including Ulaş Tuna Astepe and İrem Helvacıoğlu. In 2026 she joined the cast of the series Gönül Dağı as İpek, continuing her journey on screen.
