Seray Gözler — Biography

Seray Gözler is a Turkish stage, film and television actress, born in 1961 in Adana. After graduating from the Theatre Department of Mimar Sinan University, she joined the Istanbul State Theatre, where she performed for many years.

On stage, she won the Afife Jale Theatre Award in 2002 for Kaktüs Çiçeği and the İsmet Küntay Theatre Award in 2011 for İki Çarpı İki. On screen, which she entered in the 1980s, she became widely known for playing Şule in Süper Baba, Hayriye in Yabancı Damat and Sevim Abla in Zoraki Koca. She also appeared in series such as Çalıkuşu, Son Bahar, Hayat Şarkısı and Elimi Bırakma, where her portrayal of Feride brought her renewed popularity. After joining the cast of Güzel Günler in 2022, she returned to television in 2025 with ATV's Can Borcu, continuing into its second season.

Gözler has also done voice-over work and teaches diction, presentation and acting. She is married to fellow state theatre actor Saydam Yeniay, and the couple has a son named Ege.
