Sevcan Yaşar — Biography
Sevcan Yaşar is a Turkish model and actress born in 1990 in İzmir. After winning the 23rd Miss Model of Turkey contest in 2011, she also took first place at the Miss Model of World competition held in China. Following her graduation from the Biology Department of Ege University, she moved to Istanbul and studied acting in the Theatre Department of Yeditepe University.
She began her acting career in 2012 with the series Kayıp Şehir and appeared the same year in Böyle Bitmesin, before joining the cast of Aramızda Kalmasın (2013). She became widely known for her portrayal of Esra in the series Eşkıya Dünyaya Hükümdar Olmaz (2015), broadcast on ATV. She later appeared in Bahtiyar Ölmez (2017), Erkenci Kuş (2018) and Evlilik Hakkında Her Şey (2021). In 2022 the actress married musician İrsel Çivit.
