Annem is a Turkish drama series produced by Gold Film and broadcast on Kanal D between 2007 and 2009. After roughly six months of preparation, it debuted on September 6, 2007, ran for two seasons, and ended with its 64th episode on May 28, 2009. The leading cast featured Talat Bulut, Vahide Perçin, Duygu Yetiş, Emel Göksu and İlhan Şeşen. For her performance as Zeynep Eğilmez, Perçin was named Actress of the Year for 2008 by the Radio Television Journalists Association.

The story revolves around Musa and Zeynep, who fall in love and marry during their university years. Upon discovering her husband's infidelity, Zeynep leaves him without disclosing that she is expecting a child, then raises their daughter Gonca on her own under humble conditions. When Gonca reaches sixteen, the long-buried truth comes to light, setting father and daughter on a collision course neither of them anticipated.
